Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 2 business days following the receipt of the order. Product is normally cook, pack and delivered within 1 - 3 business days after your order has been processed. If we experience an unexpected crush of orders, delivery times may be increased accordingly as inventory levels get depleted and we await new stock.

As we our product are perishable, we will use the most secure, cost effective and safe way to deliver your products. The products are delivered only after we have received confirmation of your order and availability.

Additional shipping charges will incur for items shipped to remote and rural locations and if special services are required such as a liftgate or a delivery appointment. You will be contacted via email after we have received your order in our system.

The safe delivery of your order is our priority.  We take care and attention to deliver your meals, crush protective boxes and pack our product tightly so that there is minimal movement within the boxes and ensure it does not goes bad.
