Refund policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
- Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 24 hours from the time of payment.
- Please note that once the order has been packed, we are unable to cancel your order.
- For cancellation of order, please contact us using whatspp or email. Our customer representative will get back to you within 2 working days.
- All cancellation of orders will be assessed & considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Paw Bowl reserves the right to cancel any order with or without reason. In such instance, the cancellation fee will not be imposed.
